Shipping
If a product is marked as “Out of Stock” in the shop, I will be happy to inform you via email or WhatsApp about when the desired product will be available again.
Shipping and packaging costs are based on the total weight and destination. After receiving your order, you will receive a binding order confirmation with the corresponding shipping costs.
Shipping within the EU is organized from Germany with DHL. Shipping within Spain/Canary Islands is handled by Sociedad Estatal de Correos (via postal service) from La Palma.
Shipping and packaging costs are as follows:
Insured Shipping within the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Canary Islands:
- 251 – 500 g – EUR 7.50 including I.G.I.C.
- 501 – 1000 g – EUR 9.50 including I.G.I.C.
- 1001 g – 2000 g – EUR 13.00 including I.G.I.C.
Insured Shipping to Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra:
- 251 – 500 g – EUR 15.00 including I.G.I.C.
- 501 – 1000 g – EUR 17.00 including I.G.I.C.
- 1001 g – 2000 g – EUR 20.00 including I.G.I.C.
Insured Shipping with DHL Parcel within Germany:
- Up to 5 kg – EUR 7.50 including packaging (max. 60 x 30 x 15 cm)
Insured Shipping with DHL Parcel to Europe (Austria, Netherlands, etc.):
- Up to 2 kg – EUR 16.50 including packaging (min. 15 x 11 x 1 cm, max. 60 x 30 x 15 cm)
- 2 to 5 kg – EUR 18.50 including packaging (min. 15 x 11 x 1 cm, max. 120 x 60 x 60 cm)
Insured Shipping with DHL Päckchen M to Switzerland:
- Up to 2 kg – EUR 15.50 including packaging (min. 15 x 11 x 1 cm, max. L+B+H = 90 cm)
Prices
Prices
The total price of your order consists of the selected products and the packaging and shipping fees. You will receive a binding order confirmation with the total price and payment information after receiving your order.
Minimum order value: EUR 30 plus packaging and shipping costs.
Order Processing
- Step: After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. Please check if all desired products are included!
- Step: We will then review your order, prepare it, modify the shipping costs if necessary, and send you a binding order confirmation via email. This order confirmation will also include all payment information.
- Step: Payment is made via bank transfer and should be completed within 3 business days. If payment is not received within 7 business days, the order will be canceled. A fee of EUR 18 will be charged for transfers from a Swiss account.
- Step: After receiving the payment, your order will be dispatched immediately, but no later than within the next 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
The shipping time is between 2 – 10 business days depending on the destination country. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact me urgently!
Cancellations
After shipping, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please do so immediately via the provided contact form, by email at moc.yadamnefiesrutan@ofni, or via WhatsApp at (+34) 610097000. Please always include the order number you wish to cancel.
Right of Return
Consumers and/or users have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it if it is defective or damaged. No costs will be incurred except for the shipping costs associated with the return, which will be borne by the consumer and/or user. Unpackaged products are excluded from the right of return.
The following exceptions (among others) are noted in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are explicitly included in the Consumer and User Law:
- Products made according to the consumer’s and/or user’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
The returned product must be packaged appropriately to protect it during transit. The refund will be processed via bank transfer or through a voucher redeemable at Naturseifen MADAY® – Jabones artesanales de La Palma, either in the online shop or in-store.
